About Us
Welcome to Sidebar, where our mission since 2015 has been to bring the authentic Texan tradition of smoking meat to Sumter, SC. All of our meats are smoked in-house on our 1,000-gallon smoker, Big Daddy, or our latest addition, the 500-gallon smoker we’ve named Lil’ Smokey. Come experience the difference for yourself and pair your meal with one of our 30 bourbons or a craft beer from our rotating taps.

In order to best serve all customers, if Sidebar is operating on a wait there is an hour and a half time limit for a table.
20% service gratuity will be added for parties of 6 or more. -
10% service fee will be added to To-go orders for supplies.

We have a two check policy for parties of 10 or more.
